Leeward counts the days since you quit — your days sober, clean, or free — and never punishes you for being human.
Most quit counters work the same way: one slip and your count resets to zero. That little jolt of failure is often exactly what makes people give up on quitting. Leeward is built the opposite way. It's a calm, simple, shame-free counter for whatever you're leaving behind — drinking, smoking, vaping, weed, porn, gambling, sugar, doomscrolling — designed so that a slip is just a moment in your story, not the end of it.
