SanExpres brings together inter-company cargo and courier operations in a single application. Sending companies create cargo requests; couriers are assigned tasks from the job pool, manage shift and vehicle processes, and complete deliveries. Authorized users monitor the process end-to-end.
WHO IS IT FOR?
- Company officials and company users: creating shipments, selecting addresses, shipment status
- Couriers: job pool, assigned tasks, shifts, and field operations with vehicles
- Operation and management roles: planning, assignment, and process tracking (depending on authorization)
KEY FEATURES
- Shipment request: options for intra-city and inter-city shipments
- Job pool: listing pending shipments and selection by the courier
- Delivery flow: updating statuses such as received, in transit, and delivered
- Shift management: planned shifts and processes suitable for field work
- Vehicle assignment: matching courier with fleet vehicles (field use with QR)
- Out-of-city transfer: transfer and vehicle information recording for international shipments
- Instant notifications: push notifications for new shipments, assignments, and status changes
- Secure session: login and authorization-based screens specific to your account
- Company and address management: quick delivery via registered locations
HOW IT WORKS
1. The company user opens a shipment request with sender and recipient information.
2. The request is added to the job pool; a suitable courier selects or assigns the task.
3. The courier completes the shift and vehicle process, picks up the package, and delivers it.
4. All parties see the current status through the application and notifications.
SanExpres aims to reduce delays and increase operational visibility by bringing together the field courier team and the office and company side on the same data.
