Still can't deposit a check Obviously they know there is a problem with remote check deposit, but they haven't done anything to correct it. Images of my checks appear washed out and almost all white on the screen. When i lower ambient light to almost nothing, the image is better on screen but the camera still won't focus properly to take a usable image.
Only feature needed does not work The only reason you really would need a mobile banking app is to remotely deposit a check. That feature just does not work. Whether keeping the entire camera way above the check, or moving the camera so far in the height fills the screen and the width is cut off, the "image is too small". Was the ratio of a typical check dimension not factored in? Did the developers not realize checks come in different sizes?
"UNABLE TO REACH SERVER" if it does connect, i still can't deposit checks. what is the point of this app as it's currently useless
Goes to black screen after Login... Is there something preventing it from engaging, as after login, screen just goes black... Please help...
Daily deposit limit with them is $1000 only. If it's more - have to go to the branch. My new CU does have it limited to 10K. - bye bye FCU
Needs fingerprint login like most financial institution apps.
