What happened to the app? This new update is awful. You can't even pay your credit card bill on here and the look of it looks basic. The last update before was so much better. This new update sucks! Even accounts I was able to transfer money to are gone! This app sucks!

horrible app. ever since the new change im only allowed to check my balance. I can not get into card services. I've had to call in and email multiple times just to get things done I could have done myself with the old app. what was wrong with the old app?! and idk why ever since the new app depositing checks takes foreverr to clear now

The previous app was much better & I trusted it more! Suddenly I have direct deposit issues & must deal with payroll & HR! Coincidence? Apps need upgrades, yet some way of app(s) integration by SFFCU & no app deletion by members seems a fairer & user/client-friendly process! For me, TRUSTing online banking is already hard enough. The new app's design & HAVING to delete the old (liked)app with my info makes it even harder, as NEITHER is desirable!
