UPDATE ! STILL can't enter password to sign in ! I have to restart my phone also now to be able to sign into app. Definitely wasn't a phone issue as I have a new phone now SO FRUSTRATING!!! I'VE CALLED TECH AND NO HELP!: UNABLE to sign in lately. freezes and also asks security question every time now? I have to keep reinstalling a million times and still freezes! Why!?
