I have no issues with this app. I absolutely love it. I created a "Home" and was able to add other family members to it. It allows me to turn on and off sound and motion detection, set up up an electronic fence, motion tracking. It also does temperature alerts. I work nights so this is great for me to see my little one while I am away.

This app is terrible. It disconnects from the device all the time. After many issues, I uninstalled the app and reinstalled, now I am unable to login or reset password. I can't even create a new account because it fails to send a verification code. I reached out to customer service over 2 weeks ago and still no response. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

worked for about a week. now it keeps saying that the camera isn't connected to a network. it clearly is, or it wouldn't be showing up on the monitor. every operation i try in the app gets an "operation failed" message. I needed this app to be able to record, and now I can't. Will have to return the whole camera set.
