Just upgraded to the N2X and love that i can use an app to control and manage it. The only minor issue is that you have to use a temporary WIFI ssid to talk to it. That disconnects my phone from the car and stops Waze from working. Bluetooth would be a better solution but that is just a minor inconvenience. Vantrue makes great cameras and software. Especially the replay app. Amazing the data that it collects. The N2X is the second camera I bought from them.

Vantrue dash cams are my go to dashcam products. They are easy to to install as a DIYer and the video quality is great. I've recorded minor accidents (been on a receiving end of one) , video evidence is important a d would inplore all drivers to have one! One comment about the app: It is a little hard to figure it how to edit a downloaded video, other than that, great product!

I don't like the app. It lags, takes a while to load, sometimes struggles to connect the app to the camera, it kicks me out randomly and it takes forever to download videos to my phone. There's a lot of room for improvement and I'd like to see it as other dashcam apps appear to be better. Also to add that my interface is not like what is pictured here.
