Decent app, excellent customer service. I've been using Vantrue cameras for a few years now. I don't remember having any issues registering for an account. I've reinstalled across several new devices without issue. Initially, connecting to the camera was a bit finicky, but that seems to have been resolved. Recently, their customer service also helped resolve a hardware issue. I am a happy customer.

I don't write reviews but felt the need to write on how terrible this app is. I've tried for 45 mins to register and the app will send me a verification code just to say operation error. I've installed and uninstall the app several times and even tried using my PC to not close page for verification code and still had error. So at this point I have a camera with no way to look at the footage other than in the device itself much less access to use other features. Very disappointing.

The app works ok once it's connected. I think the issue is actually the camera. After it powers on, you have to wait a minute or two before the app can connect. Then, if you wait too long it also won't connect. You have to time it right. Really too dang picky for something you want to work WHILE YOU'RE DRIVING. Stoopid!
