I have heard for years they're going to update. The app works, but has plenty of limitations and issues. it's a small town bank so Im guessing they dont invest much in their mobile experience. It works for your basic account check and moving money but don't expect much in the way of insights or auto categorized transactions. In order to use their category system you must manually edit each transaction. Overall it does the job but its pretty bare bones.

Works when it wants to, broken when you need to use it the most. As of this writing (11/02/25 @0930) the app is once again not working and failing to let me login. This banks app has a serious problem with reliability and I wish they'd do better to improve that. When it IS working it's not too difficult to navigate, but again that's when it does actually work.

The same as all other bank apps. Showing inaccurate information. Actual availability of money is false leading to believe you have more money. Update: have to verify login again! It's 2023 and everything is instant. Whether or not the merchant has or hasmt batched out. The computer network should see a transaction has been activated thus showing a debit then showing you a real available balance. Why does one create an app if it shows false information. The banks OK but the debit service sucks
