Cargo Tracker:
Look up a shipment by tracking ID or PO number to view its current status and a full timeline of completed and pending events from order confirmation through delivery.

QA Verifier:
Submit a product category and batch or inspection ID to retrieve a quality assurance report showing key inspection metrics, test results, and a checklist of verified inspection items.
