Ratings and reviews

1/ There is an issue with fingerprint access on my Android device. If the fingerprint isn't read properly the very first time I get locked into some weird cancel/exit loop and my account gets locked. Has happened several times. 2/ There is no 'two factor authentication' option. This credit union account holds the keys to my kingdom, as it were. I have a super-long, super-random password, but a second factor would give me more piece of mind. 3/ Mobile check deposit seems to work well and the rest of the app is very user-friendly. Take two stars off for items 1 and 2 ... I'd give this app a solid 3.

Modernized version of the old app. Features like biometrics, paying monthly bills with "current balance due" rather than typing in the number manually. As far as I can tell exactly in line with other banks apps. Good performance and doesn't seemed to be bogged down like some banking apps can be.

I live quite a distance from any County Fed branch and this app has saved me hours and miles on the road. Love it!
