Santrals is a **multi-tenant** enterprise system that covers the end-to-end lifecycle of power plant projects — development, installation, operation-maintenance, energy monitoring, and energy trading.

The Pre-Installation Module tracks the processes from preliminary design, documents, tasks, permits/licenses, specifications, tenders, contracts, timelines, and reports to the installation phase of your power plant. It creates corporate memory.

The Installation Module records the installation phase with audits, deficiencies, daily work plan & progress, timekeeping, progress payments, site map, supply & shipment, site inventory, equipment, cameras, and reports. Live progress and deficiency tracking guarantees timely and design-compliant installation.

The Operation & Maintenance Module monitors real-time power, performance ratio, open faults, MTBF/MTTR, and maintenance plans live with portfolio/sites, preventive maintenance plan, fault notification, work order, teams, spare parts, site equipment/cameras, telemetry, and integrations. Decisions can be tracked in the same module, from fleet view to equipment history.

The Energy Monitoring Module provides live monitoring, including power plants, alarms, analysis, consumption, data sources (Modbus/API), and reports, giving you complete control over your power plant.
