After I installed the latest app version (6.3.20) on my phone, I was not able to login anymore. It took almost a month of slow communication with whom ever is responding through the email CRC@.... To find out that my phone's android version is not compatible with the updated App. I have purchased a new phone and re-installed the App once more. However, I need to reactivate the App. I live in Chicago now. I tried to contact the customer service vis email, phone and Whatsup. No response so ever.

I've been using the Barid Bank app for a while and appreciate the convenience it brings to my banking experience. However, I've encountered an issue that I believe needs attention. When attempting to edit my personal information within the app, I noticed that business emails are not accepted. This is quite inconvenient for professionals who primarily use their business email for communications.

The Application doesn't work after the update, I tried recovering the password but it doesn't work, it only shows a message that said "Code confidentiel incorrect"
