Subscription activation issue - I have paid for yearly subscription but the app is still not showing the button, tabs are still greyed out/ the tabs are still inactive. what to do?

This app has a lag, does not work properly for me. I have already taken one year subscription worth rs 2500, but still it is not reflecting in the app and it shows to subscribe again while opening a chart This discrepancy needs your urgent attention. I have to say this that how agile your team is in cancellation of free trial so that it doesn't extend a single day than 2 weak, I expect such vigilance in solving problems after money paid

app is good but we can't see even Vimshottari dasha without subscription.
