Qassim Bus - ticket for city transport in a smartphone for Qassim, Saudi Arabia.

The Qassim Bus mobile application is part of the Qassim Transport. The user of the application can purchase an electronic ticket for public transport and present it for control by the controller or using a special device installed in the vehicle.

To use the application, the user must:

Install the application on your mobile device;
Perform the necessary actions to register in the application (use of the application by unregistered users is not allowed).
Payment for a transport ticket is made using electronic means of payment (payment cards) and other legal methods of online payment. Payment is made in compliance with the requirements of the PCI DSS standard.

As the number of participating cities increases, the mobile application is updated and new features are added.

Ratings and reviews

Dear SAPTCO Representatives, I kindly request the establishment of a new bus stop near Unaizah Top Center. This area hosts popular establishments and is close to the General Court. Currently, Bus Number 9’s stop is about one kilometer away, causing inconvenience for passengers. I understand that this won’t be decided by just my message, and ultimately, the decision rests with you all. Thank you for considering this request and for valuing public feedback.

The bus is very helpful but please make the app accessible even without internet. At least for the payment only. I put data package only for riding the bus. It's expensive on my side please. I hope you will update this feature. Thank you

The rides are good, but the app itself isn't. The map is slow, rating within the app doesn't work. The app overall is unintuitive to use as well. They should put more focus on the app.
