Reliable Geotagging information for your Sony Cameras.

This companion app uses modern Android APIs to auto-start the app in the background (after initial configuration) and tag your precious photos and videos with minimal battery use.

An optional always on mode helps to keep the connection to the camera stable in restricted environments (such as energy saving measures implemented by phone vendors or android devices before Android 12)

Absolutely fantastic app! works way better than the sony version. very reliable and accurate and love how you can customise certain things like your phone just vibrating when it connects to your camera rather than an audible notification (handy if you want a confirmation of connection but without the audible notification all the time). Doesnt seem to use much battery either. Highly recommend!!

Rally great little app. I am now using for GPS, Time, and TimeZone, syncing from one phone to three Sony cameras. Unlike IEM, I don't have to choose which camera, or which service, it just works. Lots of useful guidance to make sure it starts with the phone and keeps running too. I will still use IEM for image transfer, but this gets the gold stars for GPS, Time, and Time Zone sync. Fine grained control could be nice, toggles for GPS, Time, Time Zone etc, but most users won't need that!

Incredibly good app. So simple to setup, doesn't consume much battery on either the phone or the camera. Extremely simple setup, which the app guides with perfectly and works like a charm from there. You have done an incredible job developing this app, especially with no ads. And that too open-source. The developer is a genius, no less.
