Looks nice, but the Guide isn't nearly as functional as the old one (but it looks nice). It takes a lot of scrolling to get to the higher channels, and you only get to see what's on just at the time that's displayed rather than seeing a 2 - 3 hour period of time, and then more scrolling if you want to see a different time. The Guide screen also shows just 4 channels at a time (did I mention that it looks nice?). I would gladly give up the nice appearance to have the previous app back.

Nice little app. Would be nicer if it didn't have to buffer every 5-10 seconds, and then takes a few seconds to start back up. Doesn't matter if I'm on my wifi or mobile data. Changing the playback settings does not seem to do anything. My wifi is just fine as I can stream Netflix to my phone with 0 issues. I have a Galaxy S10. Very painful to try and watch a hockey game. Edit: improved since last review but now the app takes forever to even load now. Can't even watch anything now.

On my android device I keep getting the error Your recommendations could not be loaded. Our service may be experiencing difficulties. Reference on this is No. 1-31-701 Ive tried changing my time zone, resolutions, re isntalling app, reformatted the whole box, etc. Not sure what the key is or what I am missing. I have software 6.0 installed. on it. Says no updates available and is up to date? Updated from 3 to 5. Thanks for the response explaining this. It made sense for sure but I didnt see anything saying this was not allowed when I downloaded it. Figured I would try it out. Thanks again for the explanation.

Hi Randy, are you trying to load this app onto an Android box? If so unfortunately this app is not compatible with Android boxes.
