Internet intelligent temperature control system (S_Link-50C), which is a control system for user to remotely view and control house temperature by mobile terminal. User is able to operate the specific APP of thermostat from their smart phone which is supported Android or IOS, and make sure it has connected internet, gateway transmit receiving commands to thermostat via radio frequency (RF) technology, then achieved remotely control thermostat.

Setting up device was a PITA. After setup, cannot change the temperature as it is always jumping back to 25 degrees. Also can you tell why this app needs GPS location access and storage access?

This app was working fine untill a week ago. Now I can't log on anymore. Tried to reset everything, bit nothing works. It is saying to check the network, but my internet and lan is ok. What is going on here is this company out of business???

Garbage. App UI is in Chinglish for a start. This would be ok if the app didn't allow you to make an account, tell you the account creation was successful and then refuse to log you in because your account doesn't exist. If you want smart control of your heating then avoid this because it simply doesn't work. Also, the link to their site to reset your password is unencrypted over the internet. That should give you a flavour of the sort of company you are dealing with here
