I have been using this app from last 2 years and it is very useful as it tells precise location of bus every time and it is easy for parents to use this facility to track bus and easily board children in buses . Also I would like to mention that support team always helps if any problem occurs and a special mention to Krishna from support team cause he is very helpful and sort problem in case of emergency.

There is no customer support, just to change the password I have been requesting from a week. while I am already logged in to the app, then why previous password needed for changing to a new password ? Not even banking apps ask that. reset password OTP is also not sent even when DND is fully turned off in my mobile. customer service is name sake. pathetic.

Very useful app. I receive real-time bus updates and arrival notifications, so my child doesn't have to wait outside for long. The app works smoothly and the support team is responsive.
