Not much to use it on. App very glitchy. Un-usuable for few weeks at start of the year. it didnt show anything to access. Trouble signing in when you do want to use it. Would not recommend for local sports teams or organizations for sales. Most books and other programs when bought in the fall are good to the end of the following year or at least gives a warning when your account is nearing its end.. Was able to only use this for one thing in a whole year. Just give to the charity instead.

App does not work. Don't buy the cards for the digital experience, or you will be highly disappointed. As for the person replying to these messages saying contact customer support. If everyone has to contact customer support due to the app/website not working, it's probably something you should fix instead of passing it off as a customer related issue. Maybe just fix the issues.

Contacted Customer Service, not expecting much, but I was contacted quickly and the issue was resolved quickly. Turns out "USER ERROR" to my defense when opening the app it does not say enter your phone number for code. The person I worked with was understanding and professional. Thanks Joe for your help.
