they suck, they cut your service if service if ur 19cent short. then you get automatically get a $25 reconnect fee. Don't they understand, if a family can't pay change on wat they owe. they surely aren't gona ve able to come up with $25

This desperately needs updating and I cannot pay in payments like I have to because this app will not open on my phone. I messaged their Facebook the moment my phone updated and it's still not updated and hasn't been in a year. AND ITS NOW 2019 WITH NO UPDATE. YOU WERE ALERTED TO NEEDING AN UPDATE OVER 6 MONTHS AGO.. RIDICULOUS! The date is 2-26-2019 and this is yet to be updated still since 09-2017. Yeah you read that right its been almost 2 freaking years. Thats horrible and just lazy.

The new update won't even allow me to login. I have the correct info it just says unable to reach server or something to that affect.
