Very disappointing experience. Ordered at 8:30 PM. At 9:30 PM they said the rider was on the way, but by 10:30 PM another rider called saying the shop was closed. There was no proper communication, no accurate updates, and a complete waste of my time. Very disappointed with the service.

The worst food delivery app in Sri Lanka. They don't mind our hunger and time. I've placed orders 5 times. A call will be received from the hot line after 30 minutes to confirm the order and then you should have an extra one hour to get your food items. But, my place is just 5-10 minutes away from the restaurant. The delivery guy will collect all the orders at a time and start delivering afterwards. So, we can not expect the temperature to be maintained. Few delivery guys and no cancel orders.
