About this app

SaveIt is a video downloader and M3U8/HLS downloader with a built-in private browser, offline video player and private vault. Paste a link or open a website, choose a detected video and save it to your Android device to watch offline.

HOW TO DOWNLOAD A VIDEO
1. Paste a page link into Quick Download, or open the page in the built-in browser.
2. Check the videos, audio and images SaveIt detects, with type and file size.
3. Tap download and save to your downloads or straight to the private vault.

Download availability depends on the website and media format. Only download content you own or have permission to save. SaveIt does not support downloading from YouTube or DRM-protected streaming services.

M3U8, HLS AND DASH DOWNLOADER
Save MP4 files, HLS/M3U8 streams and DASH videos. SaveIt merges stream segments into one video file and combines separate DASH video and audio tracks into one MP4 for offline playback.

DOWNLOAD MANAGER
- Pause and resume downloads. Resume support depends on the source.
- Downloads keep running in the background, with a status notification.
- Filter completed, in-progress and failed downloads, or search by file name.
- Batch, automatic and parallel downloads with Premium.

OFFLINE VIDEO PLAYER
Watch saved videos without an internet connection. Change playback speed, keep audio playing in the background, use picture-in-picture or set a sleep timer. Keep lectures and tutorials ready for flights and commutes.

PRIVATE BROWSER
Browse with multiple tabs, bookmarks and your preferred search engine. Incognito tabs don't save browsing history in SaveIt, and built-in ad blocking reduces ads on supported pages. You can set SaveIt as your default browser.

PRIVATE VAULT
Hide videos, photos, audio and documents from the gallery in a vault protected by a password, with optional fingerprint unlock on supported devices. Vault files stay on your device. Copies outside the vault must be managed separately.

CAST AND WI-FI TRANSFER
Cast supported media to DLNA-compatible TVs on the same Wi-Fi network, and send files to compatible devices over local Wi-Fi without uploading them to the cloud. DLNA casting and Wi-Fi receive mode need Premium.

FREE AND PREMIUM
SaveIt is free to download. The free version includes ads and some usage limits. Premium removes in-app ads and these limits, and unlocks batch and auto downloads, parallel tasks, video tools (trim, compress, extract audio), media enhancement, DLNA casting, password autofill, Wi-Fi receive mode and local VPN media detection.

Local VPN media detection is optional and finds media in apps you select. It runs on your device, needs Android VPN permission, and does not route traffic through a remote VPN server or change your location.

PRIVACY
You don't need a SaveIt account to browse or download. Downloads and vault files are stored on your device. Optional Google Drive backup requires Google sign-in and backs up selected bookmarks, browsing history and saved logins.
