App camera will not focus in on my checks. It used to work fine. Tried uninstalling- reinstalling the app, and was able to deposit one check last month. Today uninstalling and reinstalling did not help. The camera seems to have a varying fixed focus, one time so close that I couldn't get the whole check in, another time so far away the print was too small to read. I am trying it in bright light against the dark background, using a Google Pixel. Camera phone works fine, as does another bank app.

I also am having trouble with remote deposit. Got the same message from SBW that the vendor was working to fix it. But it seems to me, if such an important feature as mobile deposit fails in an update, that the update should be backed out and the previous version restored until the app 'upgrade' is tested and working.

The app is convenient, and offers some good features, , but I consistently have to log in twice to access my account using the fingerprint recognition. A first world problem, but annoying and non-functional just the same.
