I have no idea what's going on but when I login it doesn't always log me in. It'll just stay on the login page I have to continue to hit log in before it will let me. It's getting a little frustrating. And also I have a complaint about the mobile deposit feature. I think the way you have to take the picture is a little ridiculous. I have to hold my tablet up in the air 3 ft to get it to fit

Says "an unknown error occured" every time I try to access loan payments. Pretty much the one function I need, and it doesn't work Edit: Changed from 2 to 1 star, because now I get errors trying to open a statement. This app is absolute garbage, and their website is just as bad. Hate this app

A decent app. I find that my biggest complaint is that it takes forever for certain things to reflect in my account, causing accidental overdrafts or being uncertain of finances available to me. I do love the ability to set up a savings for a vacation or something and love that it pulls the money for me.
