Sawari tells you the real date you must renew your vehicle bluebook by - which is often NOT the date printed in your book.

Why the date in your bluebook can be a trap
In Nepal you normally get a 90-day grace period after the renewal date printed on the last page of your bluebook. But that grace does NOT apply if your renewal date falls in Chaitra, Baisakh, Jestha or Ashar. For those months the tax must be paid within Chaitra of the same fiscal year - which is EARLIER than the date printed in your own book.
An owner reading "Jestha 12" and counting 90 days thinks they have until Bhadra. They are already late, and the fine is real. Sawari does this counting for you and tells you plainly when the grace does not apply.
