Is anybody from the App (Design) Team - or wait, is there none? even looking at and using this App ever? Nothing works! Letters and graphics don't fit, logo blocks with functions overlap and partially cover functions, sliders don't work - I could go in and on! I know nothing about App building but I know you cannot push a website into a Mobile up without changing parameters, and then one needs to test it out. This looks like an App out of a old App Drawer. Betcha AI could do better! WOW!! 😱

It's ok, but not easier. It's the same as online, even the process of paying my bill. So, I just uninstalled the app. If they make the pay my bill process faster and easier, then I'll reinstall. Until then, it's exactly as online

I would go to paperless billing but this app does not provide push notifications at all. I still get ny paper bill by snail mail because the app will make my payments late.
