You think in Arabic. But the keyboard, the chat box, the email, the ticket and the code are all in English. Sawti closes that gap.

Press once and speak in your everyday Arabic, dialect and all. Sawti gives you back clean, finished text you can paste anywhere: into a chat, an email, a message, or your code editor. No more fighting a right-to-left, left-to-right jumble, and no more rewriting every sentence after you say it.

Five writing modes, so you pick what the moment needs:

• Literal Dictation: a faithful transcript of what you said. It removes filler words and fixes spelling and punctuation, and it leaves your dialect exactly as you spoke it rather than converting it to formal Arabic.
• Smart: speak in your dialect and get back polished, clear Modern Standard Arabic.
• Casual English: speak in Arabic, get natural everyday English.
• Formal English: professional English suitable for work and business correspondence.
• Vibe Code: describe a feature or a bug in your own Arabic, and get the same request back in precise developer English, in your words, with nothing added and nothing answered.

A keyboard that types with your voice

Once you turn on the Sawti keyboard in your phone settings, you can dictate straight into any app: WhatsApp, email, notes, your browser, any text field at all. Tap the microphone, speak, tap again, and the text appears where your cursor is. No copying, no pasting, no switching between apps.

Built for Arabic speakers

Most dictation tools write down what you said, in the language you said it. Sawti is different: it is a bridge between your everyday Arabic and a digital world that runs in English. You speak the way you actually speak, and the text comes out the way it needs to read.

Privacy

Your voice is sent once to be turned into text, and then discarded. We keep no recordings. There are no ads, no trackers, and your data is never shared with advertisers. Your transcript history and personal dictionary stay on your phone.

Sawti needs microphone permission to record, and an internet connection to turn speech into text.

Sawti is also available on Windows, Mac and iPhone, with the same account.

What’s new

A new first run: Sawti is a keyboard, and the app now shows you how to switch it on and try it. Four screens after sign-in, your first sentence inside the app, a button that opens the keyboard list directly, and a practice box that turns green when the keyboard is ready. A creator code field on sign-up.
