When I first downloaded the app, it was great. Service was amazing very cheap. Lately I've noticed a few changes especially with the credit. If top up $10 almost $4 is automatically deducted and remaining credit will not last an hour. My last credit topped up $10 instantly my credit went down to $6.19, was on the phone for excally 34mins. When I checked my credit my balance was zero. Customer service is unreachable. Sometimes call do not connect, an instant error message comes up.

Pamela, or whatever bot this is. This is a LIE. We do not have any "credit" offering or charge our users in any way since we do not have premium features for you to use. We also have customer service email that we respond to and we don't have any phone number available for you to reach us so this is a blatant LIE, unfortunately.

I really love the concept of the app & i was excited about it. I only used it for less than 15min before it all went wrong. Lol come on developing Team, i understand online profile information could be misleading. But allow room for correction. I can't change my preferred profile picture I mistakenly selected report/block in my own profile & that's it (1st why is that even there when viewing your own profile) Now i can't access my profile anymore 😔 Please help. Tq

Apologies for the inconvenience. We have just released a new version that allows users to change and rearrange their images as they like. In regards to blocking yourself, that is honestly a first for us to hear. Can you email us at contact@sayhelloafrica.com so we can help correct this issue!?
