Kindly reminder to all customer Sayurbox who read this review... Please don't forget to record your package whenever receiving from Sayurbox, in case your package are incomplete, so you have proof for claiming that incomplete fulfillment. Hopefully it only me who already trust they wont make that kind of mismatch in the package and not prepare myself for any unboxing video since its groceries. Well lesson learned for me, Sayurbox.

My first experience : 1. The apps constantly inaccessible. 2. Then when I finally managed to make my orders, then comes the payment, I choose via Virtual Account. It's shows as Traveloka. Then when I decided to continue the payment, it said "bill unavailable", tried several times, didn't work. So I amend the payment method to OVO. I made the payment. 3. I tried to check for delivery updates, but keep going back to situation No. 1. 4. The delivery on time, but my ordered goods incomplete.

Sayurbox is good overall as a service, but the app has some annoying glitches. for example, my gopay would not work fornno reason I could see. Then when I went to try another mode of payment, the shopping trolley had emptied. i received an email saying my order had been placed so I thought it must have gone through. then today, delivery day, they cancelled.
