A practical and easy way to shop for groceries. decent amount of choices of items with fair pricing. They also have a "Less Plastic" delivery option, which comes in a paper bag. Although, the content still have a few plastic (e.g. bubble wrap), but it is understandable. The delivery is spot on. Overall a great experience shopping at SayurBox.

Been using this app for around 2 years now, super helpful especially during pandemic. You don't have to risk high exposure by actually going to the market, and having the fresh products delivered to your home instead. Been having a couple complaints, but they handled it very well and showing improvement. Keep it up guys! Love the products and the features.

I tried to make a payment with OVO as it appears on the payment list but it didn't work. It has been tried many times but it doesn't work. When chatting with Customer Service, they always suggest transferring directly to their account. If indeed the payment is only with the transfer system to account, maybe it is better if all the payment list methode be delete.
