Love it so much! The app is easy to use and helpful for someone in diet, simply cant go to market, or looking for something that isnt found nearby. The food offered has many variances from raw, minimal processing, ready to cook, to ready to consume. You can see how many times the food was bought for consideration. The food delivery is in time and free with minimal order. They even included ice pack and insulator. I hope Sayurbox will be available in Semarang and other cities.

Sayurbox is good overall as a service, but the app has some annoying glitches. for example, my gopay would not work fornno reason I could see. Then when I went to try another mode of payment, the shopping trolley had emptied. i received an email saying my order had been placed so I thought it must have gone through. then today, delivery day, they cancelled.

A practical and easy way to shop for groceries. decent amount of choices of items with fair pricing. They also have a "Less Plastic" delivery option, which comes in a paper bag. Although, the content still have a few plastic (e.g. bubble wrap), but it is understandable. The delivery is spot on. Overall a great experience shopping at SayurBox.
