I have used the app since day 1 and never had an issue til yesterday. The app won't pull up the QR code to pay and it's been like this for a full day. No notification or anything about how that they are working on fixing it, or to use the card. Luckily I had bus drivers that let me on, otherwise I'd be stranded. Hopefully DOT understands that reliability is the number one priority, since I use this app to get to work everyday. And if something goes wrong, let me know about it in advance.

The app/ card do not work on half the buses. On some buses, even with sufficient money in my account, the reader will say "CT MOB APP DECLINED" or that there was a reader error. Bus drivers have repeatedly told me that I need to call the CT Transit service and I have. The issue is with specific bus' software, not my account or my phone or my card. Not an ideal payment app when you can't actually pay half the time. Very inconvenient.

I went back to using my card after 2days with this app. The farebox on the buses have a terrible time reading the qr code. I ended up holding up the line while watching my phone in front of the box like a fool. If this app could be a backup option to the card, that would be great in case I left the card at home but you can only have one active item at a time.
