About this app

This application is another tool provided by SFR to facilitate online diagnosis on the SFR service portal (http://sav.sfr.fr)

It can be used independently and must be used in conjunction with SFR Service website (Section "Start diagnosis").

To use it, nothing simpler. Install this app on the phone to diagnose, grab your code SFR Autodiag (provided by the application) and visit the site http://sav.sfr.fr from a computer or a tablet (not from phone to diagnose).

Tests can thus be executed directly on your phone and the results will be visible on the site.
Once you have identified the problem, you will have access to an instruction following an attempt to fix it.

If your problem could not be solved online, you will have the opportunity to make a request to send in service.

If you have problems of your diagnosis online, you have the ability to make you remember by a technician who may be better able to help you.
