I can't really get a quote or compare plans myself. They always feature this 'request a call back ' option. It's really stupid and irritating. The aap must allow people to get quotes, compare and choose on their own. A call back may be requested if one needs help, but it should not be forced down someone's throat.

Two days ago it was working fine. but now it's showing an error as "This app is only supported on unmodified Android Software." What is the issue? Why suddenly issue happened? Very difficult to customers because we can't get information as app not supported.

Based on my personal experience, I would advise customers to think carefully before buying an SBI General Insurance policy. My claim has remained unresolved despite repeated follow ups and escalations, and I have received only generic responses. I hope no customer has to go through a similar experience.
