While I appreciate the updates, the new process for calculating premiums has become much too difficult to use. In the older version of the app, I could easily and quickly calculate my benefit quotes without any confusion. Now, there are too many steps, and the process feels very complicated. I kindly request that your development team look into this issue. Please consider bringing back the simple and easy calculator from the previous version, as it was much more user-friendly.

Unable to login. Very inconsistent behavior. Sometimes it says policy number is not valid, sometimes it says phone number not associated with policy number while sometimes it says technical issues. It's unfortunate that your team has failed to build a stable performant app in so many years. Everytime its a struggle just to login and check the account.
