This is the review for sbi life policy. please do not buy. these people take ur money and just leave it with whatever plan one has applied. Nobody is there to advise one if one wants to shift fund. It is totally upto the policy buyer to check market and change funds. even if one goes to their branch, there are people there who r meant to advise you but what I found was that they were very rude and unhelpful. If I would have invested the same amount in FD, the result would be same!

Asks for feedback. when K type and submit, shows error. almost every time. inside the app, after login, tried to raise an issue through "connect to advisor" again same problem..shows error. customer care is a distant dream of several psu

I strongly advise against taking any policy from SBI Life Insurance or recommending it to others. Their service is very poor. At the time of selling, they treat customers well, but after purchase, support becomes almost nonexistent. For any issue, neither the branch staff, agent, nor customer care provides proper help—they just avoid responsibility. I have personally been struggling for the past 15 days to resolve an issue in my father’s policy, but no one has helped so far.
