This app is horrible. It allowed me to place an order at a store that was CLOSED. I still have not gotten a refund for this. On the other hand, recently, I've been having an issue of it saying a store is closed when it's not. Also, please make it so we can view the menu without selecting a store first. Also, I feel like the lemons bar doesn't need to go up to 200, 9=free drink so it feels odd Overrall, VERY janky app, good luck to anyone who wants to use it

OK, but it does entirely depend on the store. I ordered with Google previously, and got texts when it was ready. No notif with the app. Also, love the reward system, but it means nothing when the store leaves their store closed on the app. The store is open, but no rewards because the store is considered 'closed', but I can still order in-store or on Google. 3/4 of the time it seems to be off, so it's frustrating because I am the drink runner for my group, so the free drinks are huge for me.

I don't understand why can't I change my topping to another without having call the store to do it. Also, can you put like special request comments box.😤 When I place my order and didn't go though and still charged me for the order.... 😭 Also, the default time for pick up is always off. For example, it will say 2pm even thought I order it at 3pm... if I didn't select a time means soon ASAP, not some random time like 2 or 3 hours later or behand. 🤨
