Ratings and reviews

They don't have some drinks listed. I asked the cashier where the green tea macchiato was and they said I have to order the latte and then add the macchiato topping which is 1.25 when it's 5.24 in person and 7.74 just for the latte on the app, making almost a $3 difference. A lot of their drinks in store are not listed on the app, you have to add "brown sugar" to your brown sugar milk tea. Unless the line is super long, just order in person. Search bar in the app would be nice to have too.

dont use the app, they served 3 other people after my pickup time. i still didnt get my order. the guy said they will get to my order later. 15 minutes later still nothing. i complained and they checked the system, it never loaded. waste of my time. its infuriating.

The app didn't recognize my account when I first logged on. It took a while before finally accepting it. Also, I came in to purchase a drink & gave cashier my rewards acct only to be told that they no longer take our phone/email reward at cashier. You now must use app when purchasing to earn points. Seems like there's a glitch when logging into the app
