The updated version is even worse — there are constant server issues. And if you forget your login or password, the only way to recover them is by contacting the bank, which takes ages to respond. It’s been over three months since I requested to retrieve mine, and I’m still waiting. On top of that, online payments through eSecure with my Smile card are a hassle — I have to call the bank every time I need to make a payment, even though they supposedly activated the esecure option.

Lacks information in the credit card transaction list. It only shows settlement date, not transaction date. It also lacks information about last billed amount too for the credit card. There is also a bug where when you check transaction list of your different cards it does not update. You have to click card details before it updates the transaction list else it keeps showing the transaction for the other card. It also disables biometrics every now and then and you have to reenter your password

The SBM Tag is much slower than the earlier SBM app but it worked. Now since the update on 07/08/2025, it has stopped functioning at all. Many times it remains freezed after opening on Xiaomi Mi 9 Lite. No action is registered by the app when I try choosing something on the screen! Thought the issue was due to using it when on data package, and that it works on WiFi. But it doesn't even work on WiFi. Please correct these issues as I can't execute any transactions when needed. 😡😡
