The updated version is even worse — there are constant server issues. And if you forget your login or password, the only way to recover them is by contacting the bank, which takes ages to respond. It’s been over three months since I requested to retrieve mine, and I’m still waiting. On top of that, online payments through eSecure with my Smile card are a hassle — I have to call the bank every time I need to make a payment, even though they supposedly activated the esecure option.

It keeps bugging... Cannot even see what's in my account. The Internet banking is not working as well. It's very frustrating. I strongly recommend the developer and management to consider putting more focus on the app development. Banking through your phone is definitely going to be the future of banking. I am sincerely starting to regret moving my accounts to sbm. Rather stick to mcb juice.

Not only is the app rubbish, the update is too. If you thought, that's where it ends, think again! Called the help desk at SBM for assistance on the app and was cut off mid explanation telling me that they are logging a complaint for me. I honestly feel bad for the help desk getting calls from angry customers because of this useless app. Please ask ChatGPT to write the app for you guys because you clearly cannot even copy that of MCB Juice or MyT Money. Negative star!
