Very useful but; 1) The pop-ups are insisting on precise location, and tracking physical activity, EVEN on my PERSONAL phone! Which I use to contact the customers, because; 2) app does not display the contact numbers, and when you touch and hold, number is displayed so tiny it's obscured by even a small stylus, and I cannot copy or drag it into a messaging app to reach contact!

I have been using All Trans Software Mobile for work in the past year or so and never had a problem, but last three days I can't open and it just crashes with white screen. I tried to Uninstall the app and reinstall again but still have the same problem, I can't say it's my phone because all other apps are working fine. I even power off my phone couple times and don't work. I don't know what to do.

Hi Sharif and thank you for your feedback. We quickly sent out a work around to this issue and apologize if it was not provided to you by your transportation provider. A new version was released on 3/31/2022 that corrected this issue on certain model android devices. Please feel free to reach out anytime you need support.

My company has used this app for the last 5+ years. A couple days ago we have been having major issues. When you click on ride a box comes up saying i need to do daily inspection and makes me go back to do that but it has already been done. It does that on every ride we have.
