This app is complete garbage. When I mistyped my password, I couldn't long-press to select the whole thing, and I couldn't reposition the cursor, so I couldn't edit the password. I had to uninstall/reinstall. Same issue. I used the "forgot password" link. I received a 5 number reset code, but no instructions on password composition. None of the passwords I've tried work. The screen simply flashes and stays there. There are no error messages, I can't log in, and I have to approve payroll today.

This app is absolutely awful. Just missed getting paid because you have to manually update or it doesn't send your payroll but you can still clock in and use every function normally. But you won't get anything for it. I had to wait a week to get a paper check from my company after fixing the issue. image having rent do on the 1st and an app sets you beind on rent a week and trying to explain it to your leasing office.

This app has the most bugs I've ever seen in a app before. I've had issues having two pca's work with the same client, it rarely acknowledges the homemaking hours as separate from PCA ones, a new bug that drastically increases time has come up. There are times when it will work smoothly, but their shared almost half and half with times where there's issues. If you are considering using this app for your PCA company don't waste your time. Frustrated because this is going to affect many people.
