app does not show real time data at all and ask to install different app from playstore. Also, every time i login it says that meter is disconnected but when i click on get balance tab then it shows the balance and reflect that meter is connected. Worst app.

Useless app, when trying to see my deduction or consumption a msg popup that, "to view the daily charge calculation,visit the website or install suvidha bihar mobile app from Google play store" if to use all the options given we have to install other app then remove that options in this app. don't impose inappropriate apps on play store.

This app is the WORST. Every single time I open this app it is not working. I'm not be able to see daily consumption or anything. This is really frustrating. Fix this as soon as possible.
