worst app. not showing daily consumption history. Not showing unit deduction history as well. only showing meter connection status and balance. after doing complaint, it replied update app from Google pay store, however updated app installed. it also suggest to download suvidha app but in that app, during registration it showing invalid consumer id. What to do... customer care is sleeping.

This app is the WORST. Every single time I open this app it is not working. I'm not be able to see daily consumption or anything. This is really frustrating. Fix this as soon as possible.

Recharge option remains inactive/disabled most of the times. If this trend continues and all of the account balance in the app becomes ZERO, who is to be blamed😠😞
