Welcome to the “SBSU CC Voice - Grievance Redressal system". The system involves a mobile app to allow the members of the State Bank Staff Union of the Chennai Circle to lodge a grievance. This was built to let our members lodge grievances at their convenience without being physically present.

Grievances raised by the members will be addressed by the office bearers within working days. Members can track the live status of their application at any stage through the mobile app.

Members can also provide feedback on the overall experience and the specific department that offered a resolution of the lodged grievance. This will help us better our services to the concerned members and create a responsible civic society.

We are confident that members of the State Bank Staff Union Chennai Circle will use this system responsibly to help us facilitate services at a speed and quality that will set SBSU CC Voice a model for others to follow.
