How can an update be released that renders the application useless. The last update lets me scroll the features and that's it. No access to any information and I'm now relegated to having to log on using a browser.

Will not let me log in and reads in offline mode bit will not allow me to turn it off and also reads data center is still not available. Needs to be fixed j use it on a daily basis.

Since update, I have NO access and don't know how to correct this or who to contact. I pay for this service and it is critical to my household. App not working, error connecting to server.... What's going on???
