This app works great! I just got a 3i p10 vacuum and it's a nice little worker bee :) if it had the ability to control it and vacuum at the same time it would get 5 stars! One of my cats even likes the vacuum, part of why I think it would be a fun feature.

no customer service. I've tried calling and that number don't work anymore. I've tried everything on the app and nothing. I don't think the app really works. new out of the box this thing cleans only 27m sq. not even one room. it gets stuck in the middle of the room with nothing around it. i tried to do a report and send. that will say failed to send. nothing on the app works for help.

This app works very well with my robot vacuum. The setup was quick, and the controls are easy to understand. I can start cleaning, pause it, and send the robot back to the base without any issues. The interface is simple, smooth, and very user-friendly. Really helpful app!
