The following functionality is available in the mobile application:
- pre-registration for the provision of state and municipal services for the selected MFC branch with the possibility of transferring the record or canceling it;
- checking the status of the case;
- assessment of the quality of services provided;
- obtaining reference information on services;
- the mode of operation of the centers and offices "My Documents" with the display of workload and average time of reception for services;


“My Documents” is a new level of public service, where special attention is paid not only to ensuring the accessibility and comfort of the offices of multifunctional centers, but also to the quality of the provided state and municipal services.
The centers and offices of public services "My Documents" greatly simplify the receipt of public services:

* increase the speed of service to citizens through the electronic queue system and pre-recording
* enable citizens to receive simultaneously several interconnected services
* increase the awareness of citizens and legal entities about the procedure, methods and conditions for receiving services
* provide services to elderly citizens, people with disabilities and other citizens in difficult situations



All state and municipal services presented in our centers and offices are provided free of charge. The applicant in the prescribed manner pays only the state fee, if it is provided for by applicable law.
