Pesanggrahan Village is located in Batu District, Batu City, East Java. Cow's milk is produced more than two million liters per year and makes it the village with the highest milk production in Batu City. In 2015, milk production in Batu City reached 22,430,928 liters, with the goat's milk group 33,620 liters and cow's milk reaching 22,397,655 liters. In processing their milk products, the people of Batu depend more on the Milk Processing Industry (IPS), which is 90%, with relatively low prices for super quality milk, and only about 10% is sold by the KUD in Batu City for the consumption of the surrounding community. . This research was also carried out as part of the participation of higher education institutions in raising the metrics of Indonesia's Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), especially on the eighth achievement concerning Decent work and economic growth. In this activity there will be participation to ensure economic growth and productive participation of the people of Pesanggrahan Village, Batu District, Kota, Batu, East Java. Milk processing activities and the dairy product business are less attractive to the public due to various factors. This service is carried out to provide technological breakthroughs and methods in carrying out milk processing activities and running the business. This business will be built through a start-up with the main business being cow's milk products originating from the residents of Pesanggrahan Village, Batu City. The business model and training including the establishment of a start-up will be carried out as a form of dedication, so that the community can manage their milk processing business independently and not necessarily sell all the output to IPS. Trainings on dairy products and introducing IT-based business processes are the main focus of this activity. This innovation is expected to revive the business of processed cow's milk products in Pesanggrahan Village, Batu City, and increase the participation of young people who do not work in the area in processing dairy products and running their own businesses by utilizing technology to increase their productivity. Susutu is the result of community service based on the product-based ABMAS scheme, a partnership model for village development from a case study: the establishment of a milk processing startup to increase the role of youth in developing villages.
