Direct Camera is an integrated internal business app for employees of SC Co., Ltd.

【 Applicability 】

This is an internal-only app available exclusively to holders of a Google Workspace account (@s-cable.co.kr) issued by the company. Other users cannot log in. It is not suitable for general users.

【 Key Features 】

■ Photo and Document Upload

- Instantly upload to the company Google Drive by taking a photo or scanning documents

- Record location information as notes with photos

- Receipt photos are automatically categorized into dedicated folders

■ Duty Management

- View monthly duty schedule (integrated with Google Sheets)

- Checklist of inspection items by duty zone (photos can be attached)

- Automatic photo recognition (OCR) for meter and pressure gauges

- Automatic PDF generation of duty logs and storage on Drive

- Request to exchange duty days between employees (accept, decline, or cancel)

- Automatic push notifications to the day's duty officer every morning

■ Receipts / Expense Approvals

- Save receipt photos to Drive

- Create expense approval forms and attach receipts

- Generate PDFs with 2 receipts automatically aligned per page

■ Employee Chat

- 1:1 messaging between company employees (P2P)

- Push notifications and unread counts

- Automatic deletion of messages after 90 days (Privacy Policy)

■ Notification System

- Push notifications (Firebase Cloud Messaging)

- Notifications History Screen (Category/Search)

- Categories by Duty, Chat, and Exchange Request

【 Data Processing and Security 】

- Login is only possible with a company Workspace account

- HTTPS/TLS encryption for communication channels

- Photos and documents are stored only on the company Google Drive (not stored on external servers)

- Chat messages are automatically deleted after 90 days

- Debug logs are automatically deleted after 30 days

- Automatic blocking of all data access for employees who have been terminated (3-step blocking system)

- Data access control based on Firebase security rules

- This app is for company employees only. Login will be blocked even if an external user downloads it.

- New employees can use the app after obtaining a Workspace account through the company's IT manager.

- Notifications and logins will be automatically blocked daily for accounts that have been processed for termination.
