Do you miss due dates? Are you always looking for the right bill on your phone? Scadexa collects all your bills, invoices, and administrative documents in one neat archive—right on your phone.

HOW IT WORKS
Snap a photo of the document, choose a PDF, or use the integrated scanner: Scadexa automatically reads the amount, due date, supplier, and date of issue via OCR. Check the extracted data, correct if necessary, and save. The app does the rest.

WHAT YOU CAN DO
• Import documents in 4 ways: automatic scanning, photos from your gallery, PDF, or manual entry
• Local OCR: text recognition occurs on your phone, without sending anything
• Configurable reminders: receive notifications 1, 3, 7, or 14 days before the due date, at the times you prefer
• Complete archive with search, filters by status (to be paid, paid, overdue), and sorting by date
• Spending statistics: monthly chart, breakdown by category, top suppliers
• Interactive calendar with due dates and reminder snooze
• Anomaly detection: alerts you if an amount exceeds your supplier's historical average
• CSV export to have all the data in a spreadsheet
• Customizable categories: add your own in addition to the default ones (Electricity, Gas, Water, Telephone, Internet, Insurance, Rent, Subscription, TARI, PagoPA)

PRIVACY FIRST
All your data stays on your phone—no accounts, no servers, no mandatory cloud storage. OCR is done locally. Advanced AI analysis (Claude) is optional, requires your personal key, and sends only the extracted text, never the original file. You can delete all data from the app at any time.
