Link Protection (Android)
ScamZero includes an optional Link Protection feature that detects phishing sites in your browser in real time. To do this, ScamZero uses the Android AccessibilityService API: it reads the web address (URL) of the pages you open in your browser to compare it against a list of known fraudulent sites and warn you before you hand your data to a scam. ScamZero only checks the site's address; it does not read page content, does not store your browsing history, and does not share your activity. This feature is optional: you turn it on from Settings and it requires your consent.
