I tried scanning and it's been telling me about network for more than two hours. I've bought airtime through my app and it works but this one doesn't. Useless

I had 2 sim cards one cellc and one Telkom. It did not give me an option to choose which sim to load the airtime on when using QR code. What a waste of my airtime
