Download size varies by device. Scanizma bundles on-device vision models so core image processing does not require uploading your documents. Some ML Kit components may be supplied or updated by Google Play services on first use; ML Kit may send Google diagnostic and usage metrics, never document images/text.

What’s new

Cleaner crops on crumpled and frame-filling pages. At the moment of capture the scanner now trusts its on-device corner model, so a table rule, a fold or a hand shadow is far less likely to be mistaken for the edge of the paper. Encrypted backups now carry their own key-strengthening setting, which means future security improvements can never lock the backups you already have.
