This application allows our employees to better serve customers and provide them with the best experience. Associates can now help by providing a way to scan and view product information, and can also check nearby stores to see if an out of stock item is available.

IF or WHEN it works it's nice. 90% of the time you scan something and it says there's no sku found. Or method not allowed. Don't even try printing because it absolutely will make your day miserable trying to use it. Honestly this thing just makes my day more difficult most of the time. Customers ask for a price and they're standing there for several minutes as I keep trying to scan something and it won't work - definitely directly affects customer service.

I like the app. I just wish it was easier to print to mobile printer other than store printers. We don't always have enough to go around and the Zebra printer I have won't work with the app.

Great when it works. Makes my job as a stocker MUCH easier, especially since our store has so few of the stores scanners. So glad it can be downloaded again. It makes it much easier to train other employees when we can scan products and there are never enough of the stores scanners to go around to all the employees who need them.
